Bigblu Broadband plc has issued an important circular regarding the proposed disposal of its SkyMesh business, along with a notice for an upcoming General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 20th December 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at Harwood Capital LLP, 6 Stratton Street, Mayfair, London W1J 8LD. The disposal is subject to shareholder approval, and a Form of Proxy is included for voting purposes.
